Condor has acquired Ketta NZ, strengthening our offering across three specialist divisions.

Condor has acquired Ketta NZ, bringing together complementary expertise, specialist equipment and industry knowledge across environmental, underground infrastructure and industrial solutions.

The acquisition is an important step in the growth of Condor, strengthening our overall offering and broadening the capabilities and solutions we can provide to customers across New Zealand.

Three specialist divisions under the Condor brand

Following the acquisition, our offering will sit under three divisions: Condor Environmental, Condor Underground and Condor Industrial. Each division focuses on its specialist products, equipment and solutions, bringing together expertise and support for a broad range of industries and applications. Condor Underground will bring Ketta NZ's specialist underground infrastructure offering under the Condor brand, including pipeline inspection, cleaning, repair and trenchless relining.

Condor Industrial will encompass Ketta NZ’s wider industrial equipment offering, including agricultural equipment, while Condor Environmental continues to support customers with environmental solutions.

Continuing to support our customers

As Condor and Ketta NZ come together, our focus remains on supporting our customers with the service, expertise and practical solutions they need.

For existing Ketta NZ customers, we remain committed to maintaining the high level of service and support they know and trust. By combining our expertise and capabilities, we aim to build on these established relationships while strengthening the solutions available to our customers.

Looking ahead

This acquisition marks an exciting new chapter for Condor, bringing together complementary capabilities under one brand.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll share more about each division, the specialist equipment and solutions we offer, and how our combined capabilities support projects and customers across New Zealand.
